ABOUT ME
Perhaps already the mere fact of being born in Sardinia, a unique land that with its wild and rebellious beauty welcomes without reserve those who love it and want to savor its places and its secrets, prepared me right from the start to welcome those he wants to discover my island.
But I think that my predisposition to welcome also derives from my very nature as a person who loves discussion and who rejoices when others have positive experiences, in this case making the most of the best that a travel and stay experience in Sardinia can offer.
After working for many years in an airline where I carried out promotional activities in the Marketing area with event management, public relations, managing relations with tourism organizations around the world, promotion on social media, the time had come to face new challenges and further explore the skills of my interest, namely real estate marketing, home staging and tourist hospitality management.
When in 2017 I learned of an academy in Milan specialized in the training of professional Home Stagers (Home Staging School), I did not hesitate, and I immediately seized this opportunity for professional growth. This rewarding experience was followed by a Social Media Manager course in 2018 (Ninja Academy).
And finally, to give greater substance to this new framework of skills, especially in the tourism sector, I obtained the Specialization Diploma of “Higher Technician in the Management of Tourist Accommodation Structures” at the ITS (Higher Technical Institute) Academy TAC Sardinia of Olbia with a two-year course, with specific treatment of subjects such as Marketing and communication, Tourism Law, House Keeping, Knowledge of the territory, Problem Solving, Revenue Management, Project Management and in-depth study of the English, Russian, French, German and Spanish languages.
Since I have always believed in the value of the home as a space in which to express oneself and live everyday life with positive energy and as a place of expression of human emotions, I decided to concentrate my activity on hospitality in the sector of houses used for tourism.
On the one hand it is essential, for the full satisfaction of guests, to communicate the property in the clearest and most complete way. On the other hand, the house will have to be adequately prepared first and managed in the reception after. What gives me the greatest satisfaction is hearing from a customer, a home owner, satisfied with their income, and reading 5-star reviews from guests who leave happy and hoping to return. I receive messages of gratitude, which make me proud and give me the energy to go forward and improve myself.
The study of supply and demand on the market and a constant activity of pricing are my daily bread to be able obtain the maximum result from the rental of houses or small accommodation facilities. Furthermore, my dream is to create an increasingly cohesive team of people who love this sector. The management of non-hotel accommodation facilities involves various types of activities. Cleaning, linen, assistance and management of guests are just a few, to be carried out daily.
The empathy that distinguishes me is the most powerful weapon in my hands, because it allows me to meet people’s needs and requirements in advance, so that they can have an experience of positive and satisfying welcome.
Customer and guest satisfaction are my goal.
